The Southwark Over Station Development is a 17-storey mixed-use scheme that brings together commercial office accommodation, retail units, food and beverage outlets, affordable workspace, and enhancements to the surrounding public realm. A comprehensive landscape approach has been embedded within the design in compliance with the Mayor’s Transport Strategy and the Healthy Streets for a Healthy City initiative. The public realm is designed to offer welcoming spaces to pause and relax, engaging features and activities, and an environment that prioritises safety, comfort, shade, and shelter.
KAST3’s involvement included BIM implementation through RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5, in accordance with ISO 19650-2.
