KAST.3 is a collaborative studio merging architecture and landscape architecture into a cohesive system. We believe that Building Information Modeling is key in achieving the highest standards of built assets and designed public realm. We are passionate BIM specialists and designers, contributing to the evolving mindset shift in the AEC industry towards design inclusivity and risk mitigation through improved workflows.
KAST.3 takes advantage of the latest available technologies to:
• create a seamless collaboration with other disciplines,
• improve quality of production information in pre-construction phase,
• streamline the construction procurement.
We use data-led information management throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to construction and handover. Using BIM as the single source of truth across multidisciplinary teams and regardless of project scale is a core value in the KAST.3 ecosystem.
• KAST.3 was established in 2023 in Athens, Greece.
• We work with teams in the UK, Greece, Middle East and Asia.
• We have over 10 years of experience in project information management, in all RIBA stages.
• We have led multiple design teams in their workflow transformation through BIM adoption.
• Training, upskilling and mentoring design teams in BIM-related processes & software have been key parts of our previous roles.
• Our workflows comply with the ISO 19650 series and the CIC BIM Protocol.
