Woolgate is a nine-storey building currently being renovated as a workplace hub in the City of London. The redevelopment includes the incorporation of over 1800 sqm external amenity spaces on terraces. KAST.3 have been working with landscape contractors, Maylim to provide BIM support for external works pre-construction and construction activities. Services provided are in accordance with ISO 19650-2 and include Model authoring, Auditing and quality assurance, Spatial coordination and Development of BIM content.
